Better late than never, we are happy to announce our Employees of the Month for February!
As a management team, we choose one employee from the service staff and one from the kitchen staff to be recognized each month. We choose people who live our values of teamwork, caring, and excellence in their work.

Lizzi, Server
Lizzi has been a server at Engrained since October. She is always smiling and available to help her team whenever needed. Her favorite beer is the Blackberry Lager and she loves the Salmon entree! Lizzi is from Lincoln, IL, and enjoys spending time on health and fitness or with her boyfriend when she's not working. We appreciate Lizzi's positive energy and hard work!

Devon, Line Captain
Devon has been a cook with us for about a year and a half. He was recently named Line Captain due to his work ethic and leadership abilities, and is always first to step in when extra help is needed. This is his 2nd Employee of the Month award, for good reason! Devon's favorite beer is the IPA, and his favorite menu item is the Honey Soy Chicken Stir Fry. He's a Springfield native. Thank you Devon for your dedication and talent!
We wouldn't be the great place to eat, drink, or work without our amazing staff, especially these two! Stop by and congratulate them next time you're out.
